  Anniversary- Manbeck, Keith and Naomi Rossville Couple Celebrate 40th Anniversary Mr. and Mrs. Keith Manbeck, Rossville, will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary with a reception from 2 to4 p.m. Sunday, September 12, at the Rossville United Methodist Church. Hosting the reception will be their son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Cathy Manbeck, and grandsons, Shane and Cole. Keith Manbeck and Naomi Hanson were married September 13,1953, at the Methodist Church in Waterville, Ks. Keith is retired from the Union Pacific Railroad and Naomi was employed for a number of years by the original Columbian Title and Trust Company in Topeka.
