Warren Dale Hall, 80, Topeka, Kansas, passed away Friday, February 26, 2021.
Warren was born May 28, 1940, in Holton, Kansas, to Edward and Maysol Bennett Hall. He attended grade school at Sunny Slope, Soldier, Kansas, attended Holton High School for three and one-half years and graduated from Nortonville High School in 1959. Warren worked at Goodyear for 13 years. He owned and operated Hall’s Oldsmobile Salvage at Soldier. He also owned Hall’s Painting for many years until he retired and moved to Topeka. Warren and Mary Ann Weishaar were married at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Nortonville October 22, 1960. She passed away February 25, 2020.
Warren was a member of Mother Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Church and a Third Degree member of the Knights of Columbus. He was a past member of the Delia Lions Club, Kansas City Arrowhead Pontiac Club and Oldsmobile Club of America for 15 years.
Survivors include three sons, Gregory Hall (Lashell), Shawnee, Kansas, Darren Hall (Julie), Topeka, Thad Hall (Melissa), Manattan, Kansas; three grandchildren, Dartanian Hall (Hannah Silva) and Samantha Hall, Manhattan and Zackery Hall, Topeka; great-grandson, Lysander Hall; a sister, Beverly Browning (Jim), Topeka; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Warren was also preceded in death by his son Kenneth Hall in 1979, his parents, brothers, Gary Hall and Dennis Hall (Kay) and a sister, Joan Marlatt.
The rosary will be prayed at 5 p.m. today, March 2, at Kevin Brennan Family Funeral Home, 2801 SW Urish Road, Topeka KS 66614, where visitation will follow until 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Mother Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Church. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery. Due to the pandemic, masks and social distancing are required. Warren’s Mass will be live-streamed on the funeral home Facebook page.
