 | Obituary- Higginbotham, David W. 1 Again the dread Death Angel has folded his somber pinions within the home of our cherished and respected fellow citizens, Mr. and Mrs. Cyrus W. Higginbotham, taking their darling little baby boy, and adding another little grave to the sad little row of baby tombstones, in the family plot, in our village cemetery. The little one died Tuesday last; was four months old; had filled their home with joy and gladness, was doubly precious from the loss of five little ones during past years, and now this little form is taken from them, and they are indeed bereaved. The funeral took place Wednesday, conducted by Rev. McCabe of Topeka, whose sermon was most touching and impressive. |
