Survivors include his mother Penny Copeland; two sisters Kayla Sheaffer and Ashley Copeland; one brother Anthony Copeland. Jeff had three sons and two daughters. He was expecting an¬other daughter in March. Jeff will be greatly missed. A memorial service will be held at the Rossville Community Center, 2 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 10.
