Mr. and Mrs. Jim Bond will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary on Sunday, May 9, with a reception in the Lions Club Hall, Emmett.
Invitations have not been issued, but friends and relatives are invited to call between two and four o'clock p.m. The couple asks that no gifts be presented.
Hosts for the reception will be their two sons and families: Mr. and Mrs. Hubert Bond of Emmett, Mr. and Mrs. Oren Bond, Delia.
Mr. and Mrs. Bond were married at the courthouse, Topeka, on May 8, 1911. They have lived south of Emmett since 1929. |
