  Obituary- Allen, Neb Neb Allen N.E. Allen, 75, for many years a contractor in Havana, Cuba, died there Monday, according to news received here by his sisters, Mrs. J.D. Pratt and Mrs. T.D. Joseph. He formerly lived [sic] in Topeka, and was an early day resident of Rossville. He was a cousin of Ira Hopkins. He left here about 58 years ago. In addition to his sisters, he is survived by his widow and ten children, and a brother, G.A. Allen in Inverness, Fla.
