 | Obituary- Kesler, John F. 1 John Fredrick Kesler
The black pall has again descended and in the home where joy and happiness once reigned supreme, now is found sorrow and desolation
Freddie Kesler, youngest child of Mr. and Mrs. John Kesler was born Jan. 5th, 1904, was the victim of that dreaded disease diphtheria, and died Jan. 11th, 1909.
He leaves a mother, father, 3 sisters and 3 brothers to mourn their loss.
A short funeral service was held at the house Wednesday morning conducted by Rev. Woestemyer of Rossville, after which the remains, followed by a concourse of friends and relatives were laid to rest in the Rossville cemetery.
None knew him but to love him,
He has gone to his rest,
Leaving behind him sorrowing hearts
To mourn his early death.
A Friend.
