  Obituary- Cottrell, Theodore THEODORE COTTRELL Theodore Cottrell, 78, Rossville, died Thursday, Dec. 22, 1983, at the home of a sister he was visiting at Great Bend. Mr. Cottrell was a retired section foreman for the Frisco Railroad. He was born July 4, 1905, at Coffeyville, the son of William and Minnie May Fuller Cottrell. He lived in Topeka from 1955 to 1960 and since then in Rossville. Mr. Cottrell was a member of First Baptist Church at Ellsworth. He was married to Dorothy Men¬denhall Jan. 15, 1932, at Andover. She died Oct. 14 ,1982. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Darlene Paine, Rossville; two brothers, Grant Cottrell, Minneapolis, Minn., and Paul Cottrell, Ponca City, Okla.; a sister, Mrs. Bea Gumbir, Great Bend; five grandchildren; and seven great¬grandchildren. Services were at 2 p.m. Monday at Verschelden Funeral Home, St. Marys. Burial was in Rossville Cemetery.
