Denise Crow was maid of honor. Flower girls were Deana Martin and Paula Gehrke, both of Topeka. Best man was Dean My rick, Topeka. Scottie Miller served as ring bearer. Ushers were Bernard Thompson, Delia, brother of the bride, and Bill Gehrke, Topeka. Brenda Willingham, Rossville, Sue Myrick, Viola Gehrke, Roberta Miller and Mrs. Ray Jackson served at the reception and were in charge of the gift table. Mrs. Jones is attending Rossville High School and is employed at the Rossville Valley Manor. Mr. Jones was graduated from Seaman High School and is employed by May-Ransom-Scheetz. The couple is at home in Rossville.

  Obituary- Davis, Lori Lori Jean Davis HARVEYVILLE -- Lori Jean Davis, 46, Harveyville, passed away Tuesday, December 2, 2008 at her home. She was the daughter of Charles (Ed) Thompson and Estelle Banks. Lori attended Rossville High School and was currently employed with American Lawn & Leisure. She was married to David Davis in July 1994. He survives of the home. Lori was preceded in death by an infant daughter Janelle on January 27, 1984. She is survived by a son Dustin Jones of Topeka; her father and stepmother Ed and Jeannine Thompson, Dover; her mother Estelle Banks, Topeka; brothers Bernie Thompson, Topeka, and Doug (Jenny) Crow, Emporia; sisters Tangie Thompson, Perry; Donola (Doug) Fairbanks, Delia, Debra (Aaron) Sebring, Burlingame, and Denise (Tim) Hersh, Topeka; several nieces, nephews and many friends. Graveside funeral services will be at 1:00 P.M. Friday, December 5, 2008 at the Rossville Cemetery. Lori will lie in state and the family will receive friends from 6:30 until 8:00 P.M. Thursday, December 4, 2008 at Piper Funeral Home in St. Marys. Memorial contribution may be given to TARC and sent in care of the funeral home.
