Phillip A. Dolezilek, 70, Kansas City, Mo., died Tuesday, March 8, 1983, at his home.
He was born May 9, 1912, at Rossville, Ks., the son of Anthony and Albina Dolezilek.
Mr. Dolezilek served in the Army Air Corps during World War II.
His wife, Mrs. Mary Dolezilek, survives.
Other survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Mary Lou Stump, Kansas City, Mo.; two sisters, Mrs. Gabriella O'Donnell and Mrs. Blanche Allen, both of Topeka; and a brother, Stan Dolezilek, Topeka.
Services were at 2 p.m. Thursday at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Kansas City, Mo. Burial was in Calvary Cemetery, Kansas City, Mo. A rosary was recited at Muehlebach Mortuary in Kansas City, Mo. at 2 p.m. Wednesday.
