 | Obituary- Hobson, Darrell Darrell Allan Hobson Dies of Cancer
Darrell Allan Hobs on, 40, of Atlantic, Iowa, died of cancer Sunday, May 15, in the Atlantic Memorial Hospital where he had been admitted the day before. He had been in failing health the past several months.
He was born August 11, 1925 In Casper, Wyoming. He was a 1950 graduate of the University of Kansas School of Pharmacy and was employed in Wichita until June of 1954 when he became associated with the Upjohn Company as a salesman in the Iowa area.
He leaves as survivors his wife, the former Norma Crow, daughter of Mrs. Lola Crow of Rossville; a daughter, Patricia, 13, and a son Martin, 8, all of the home; his mother of San Diego, California; his father of Independence, Kansas; and one brother, Lt. Col. Claude I. Hobson of Omaha, Neb.
Funeral services and burial were at Atlantic.
Attending the services were Mrs. Lola Crow, Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Crow, Mr. and Mrs. Dean Page and Deana, Mrs. Eunice Crow, Bill Crow, Neil Crow, Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Crow, Mrs. Richard Sage, Mrs. Doris Brennan, Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Schiesser and Mrs. Frances McKown of Topeka.
