  Obituary- Mahon, George B. r. George Mahon, father of G. G. Mahon passed away at Christ’s Hospital Monday morning. Sympathy of the community is extended to the bereaved. GEORGE B. MAHON George B. Mahon, 82, of Green Mountain Falls, Colo., died Monday morning in a Topeka hospital. He was born in Kimmundy, Ill., January 2, 1862, and came to Kansas in 1887 settling near Silver Lake. He moved to Green Mountain Falls in 1917, returning to Silver Lake last November. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Clara Mitchell, Delia; and Miss Hazel Mahon, Mankato a stepdaughter, Mrs. Jessie Dow, Denver; two sons, George Gilbert Mahon, Silver Lake, and Lloyd L. Mahon, Burlingame; a stepson, Harry Fuller, in California and by six grandchildren.
