Mrs. Edith M. McGrew, 77, Topeka, died Sunday, April 6, 1986, at a Topeka nursing home.
Mrs. McGrew was born May 17, 1908, at Silver Lake, the daughter of Cassius and Lucy Hammond Thomas. She spent her life in the Topeka area.
She was a member of Faith Assembly of God.
Her husband, George N. McGrew, died in 1972. A daughter, Betty J. Coberly, died June 27, 1981.
Survivors include: a son, George D. McGrew, Garden City; two daughters, Juanita Adams and Helen Garner, both of Topeka; eight grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Services were at 9 a.m. Tuesday at Parker-Price Mortuary, Topeka. Burial was in Rossville Cemetery. Relatives and friends met from 7 to 8 Monday evening at the mortuary.
