Elmer William Fredrich Millenbruch, 70, Netawaka, died Friday, February 5, at the Holton Hospital.
He was born April 22, 1911 in Herkimer, the son of Edwin and Emma Linkugal Millenbruch. He lived in the Netawaka-Whiting community for 29 years after he moved from Soldier.
Mr. Millenbruch was a farmer and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints at Hiawatha.
He was married to Lois Olfield [sic Oldfield], July 26, 1932 in Topeka. She survives. A son, Edward Millenbruch, died in 1945, and a daughter, Barbara Millenbruch, died in 1966.
Survivors include a son, Dale Millenbruch, Lancaster; three sisters, Mrs. Celia Burget, Holton, and Mrs. Hope Chrisman and Mrs. Opal Tibbs, both of Topeka; a brother, George Millenbruch, Holton; and two grandchildren.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Mercer Funeral Home in Holton. Burial will be in Holton Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association and sent in care of the funeral home.
