Mr. and Mrs. Frank Luttig, Jackson County Nursing Home, Holton, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on January 28 at the nursing home.
Frank Luttig and Christina Hladky were married on January 28, 1934 at Emmett and have lived in this area since.
They are the parents of three children, and have nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
They would appreciate hearing from their friends and relatives.

HOLTON — Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Chapel Oaks Funeral Home here for Frank Luttig, 87, Holton. He died Monday, Feb. 6, 1989, at a Holton nursing home.
Mr. Luttig was a farmer in the Holton area before he retired.
He was born June 22, 1901, at Spencer, Neb., the son of Carl Henry and Katherine McIntosh Luttig.
He was married to Christina K. Hladky Jan. 28, 1934, at Emmett. She survives.
Other survivors include a son, Garnett J. Luttig, Calloway, Fla.; two daughters, Alice K. Desbien, Holton, and Theresa D. Milinic, San Jose, Calif.; a sister, Mary Perry, Holton; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Burial will be in Holton Cemetery. Relatives and friends will meet from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.

Services were held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 9 at Chapel Oaks Funeral Home. Father Bob Hasenkamp officiated. Mrs. Jan Bissett, organist, accompanied soloists Jim and Roni Bowers. Casketbearers were grandsons, David Desbien, Evan Desbien, Garnett Luttig Jr., Jim Bowers, Kevin Desbien, Marc Desbien and Paul Wilson Jr. Interment was in Holton Cemetery.
