  Obituary- Fulton, Ruby Ruby M. Fulton Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Parker Mortuary for Mrs. Ruby Margaret Fulton, 58, 1028 N. Madison, who died Tuesday night in a Topeka hospital where she was admitted Jan. 28. She had cancer. She was born Dec. 29, 1914, at Rossville where she spent her early life. She lived in the Holton and Hoyt communities before she moved to Topeka in 1953. She was a food aide at Quincy Elementary School the past two years. She attended Bethel Baptist Church. Her husband, Earl Fulton, died Oct. 7, 1970. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Donna Anguish, 3217 Minnesota, and Mrs. Margaret Shrimplin, 734 Arter; a son, Francis Fulton, 114 N.E. 43rd; a sister, Mrs. Nadine McMillan, 2411 E. 21st; six brothers, Harold Reser, Route 2. Berryton, Milford Reser, Silver Lake, Ben Reser, Lyndon, Robert Reser, 4120 S.E. Tecumseh Road, Don Reser, Overbrook, and Randall Reser, 214 E. Laurent; and 11 grandchildren. Burial will be in West Lawn Memorial Gardens.
