  Obituary- Seitz, Alice E. Alice E. Seitz Alice E. Seitz, 88, St. Marys, died Thursday, April 17, 2003, at St. Marys Manor. She was born February 9, 1915, in Delia, the daughter of Joseph P. and Agnes Catherine Flynn McNeive. She grew up in the Delia community and graduated from Delia High School in 1933. She and her husband, Bill, farmed in the St. Marys area until their retirement in 1975, when they moved into the city of St. Marys. Mrs. Seitz was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and the St. Marys Senior Citizens. On November 27,1937, she married William V. “Bill” Seitz at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Delia. He survives. Two brothers, Frank McNeive and Joseph McNeive, preceded her in death. Other survivors include a cousin, Kathleen E. McNeive, Topeka; nieces and nephews and their families. Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at 9 a.m. Monday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Burial was in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, St. Marys. A rosary was recited at 7 p.m. Sunday at Piper-Verschelden Funeral Home, St. Marys. Memorial contributions may be made to the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, or to Heart of America Hospice and sent in care of Piper-Verschelden Funeral Home, 714 Maple Street, St. Marys 66536.
