  Obituary- Sumner, Dale Sumner Dale Sumner, 82, Phoenix, Ariz., died Sunday, Feb. 18, 2007, at a Phoenix, Ariz. hospice. He was born July 15, 1924, in Delia, the son of Walter and Maude Sumner. Mr. Sumner owned and operated Foreign Car Garage in Estes Park, Colo., for 38 years. He and his wife wintered in Arizona for many years. Survivors include his wife, Catherine; two sons, Myrle Sumner, Estes Park, Colo., and Mike Sumner, and wife Kathy, North Bend, Wash.; a sister, Ethel Lutz, Holton; four brothers, Ray Sumner and wife Beth, Tacoma, Wash., Bob Sumner and wife Margaret, St. Marys, and Don Sumner and wife Peg and Bill Sumner and wife Kay, all of Topeka; three grandsons; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and four brothers, Cleve, John, Ted and Everett Sumner. Allen Funeral Home and Arizona Cremation, Mesa, Ariz., was in charge of arrangements.
