Clyde C. Uhl, 65, died Tuesday at his home in Rossville. He was born August 15, 1889, in Millersburg, Ohio, and moved to Kansas in 1908 and settled on a farm near Hoyt. He moved to Silver Lake in 1943. He had lived in Rossville community for the past year. He had been an employee of a dehydrating plant in Rossville for eight years. He was a member of the IOOF Lodge at Hoyt.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Daisy Uhl of the home; and three sisters, Mrs. Bertha Guffey, and Mrs. Lovgine Foster, both of Topeka; and Mrs. Eva Coffin of California.
Funeral services will be at 2 p. m. today at Eslinger Funeral Home with burial in Hoyt Cemetery.
