DELIA - Earl E. Waters, 67, died Tuesday at his home here. He had a heart ailment.
He was born Dec. 25, 1901, at Mayetta and spent, most of his life in Topeka. He lived at Delia about seven months.
He was a Navy veteran of World War II and was a member of Capitol Post No. 1 of the American Legion in Topeka. He was an auto mechanic before he retired.
Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Harold Henderson, 3118 W.12th, Topeka, and Mrs. Raynes McLucas, Hoyt, and four brothers, Lloyd E. Waters, Norco, Calif., C. L. Waters, Chula Vista, Calif., Raymond Waters, Hoyt, and Lawrence Waters,1825 N. West, Topeka.
Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Friday at Davidson-Eslinger-Duff Funeral Home in Topeka. Burial will be in Brick Cemetery southeast of Holton.
