Their children are Joyce Rakestraw and fiance Augie Meier; Jeanette and Paul Bouzianis and Jim and Monica Broxterman, all of Topeka; William and Janice Taylor, Connie and Daniel Fischer, David and Francis Broxterman, Chris Broxterman and his fiancee Amanda Watts, all of Silver Lake; Bradley and Chenelle Broxterman, Rossville; Andrew and Carina Broxterman, Manhattan; and Brand and Nancy Pletcher, Keene. Their son, Daniel Broxterman, is deceased. The couple have 22 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

Jeanette is attending Suffolk County Community College, and Paul is an electrician working in New York City. The couple resides in Shirley, Long Island.
