Mrs. Genevieve Miller and Joseph A. Babicki exchanged marriage vows at 2 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Central Congregational Church.
The Rev. Don Jones, Rossville, officiated and Mrs. Ronald Petti John provided nuptial music.
Mrs. Babicki is a secretary with the law firm of Dickinson, Aiken, Crow, Skoog and Honeyman. Mr. Babicki is a practicing attorney with the law firm of Roose, Magee, Babicki and Connolly. He also maintains a part-time law practice in Rossville.
After a wedding trip to Dallas, Texas, the couple will be at home at 1421 Randolph. Topeka.

Joseph Babicki, 79, Topeka, died Friday. May 30, 1997, at his home. He had suf¬fered a stroke in December.
Mr. Babicki was an attorney for the Kan¬sas Department of Social and Rehabilita¬tion Services for 25 years and in private practice for several years. He earlier had taught in high schools in Pratt County and in Rossville. He was a veteran of World War II.
He was born Sept. 20, 1917, in Cleve¬land, the son of Gabriel and Stephania Babicki. He attended the University of Ohio and earned a juris doctorate degree at Washburn University.
He was married to Phyllis Lieurance. They were divorced. He was married to Genevieve “Jenny" Miller on May 1, 1965. She survives.
Other survivors include a son, Joseph Babicki, Ventura, Calif.; two daughters, Charlotte Babicki, Yellowknife, NWT, Can¬ada, and Marsha Struby, Kansas City, Mo.; a stepdaughter, Deborah Miller. Sioux City, Iowa; two stepsons, Kirk Miller, Dallas, and Brad T. Miller, Topeka; six grandchildren; and six stepgrandchildren.
Mr. Babicki was cremated. Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel. Inurn¬ment at Mission Center Cemetery will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to the Stormont-Vail Hospice. 1000 S.W. 10th St., Topeka, 66604.
