He was born and raised on a farm in Rossville, the son of Henry and Millie Badura. Henry served in the U.S. Army and was stationed in Germany. He was married to Betty J. Jef¬fries, July 8, 1961. He loved farming, which he enjoyed until he retired in 2004. He also worked for the Santa Fe Railroad for 31 years as a machinist. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Betty, his children Bill (Caro¬lyn) and Suzette (Mack), five grand¬children, two great-grandchildren, a sister, Leona Faulk (Delbert), and a brother, Leo Badura (Sue). Graveside services were held Monday, April 9, at the Czech-Morovian Cemetery north of Rossville. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Rossville Presbyterian Church, RO.
