  Obituary- Conger, Michael Michael Dean Conger Michael Dean Conger, 53, Topeka, died Thursday, October 13, 2016, at Midland Hospice House where he was admitted on Wednesday. He was born August 16, 1963, in Topeka, the son of Lloyd William and Winifred (Buckle) Conger. For the past 19 years Michael had made his home with his sister and brother-in-law: Betty and Richard Weidner. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Loyd Conger. Surviving are two sisters: Betty A. Weidner (Richard E.) of the home, and Peggy Baird (Vernon) of Rossville. Michael will lie in state at Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel, 245 NW Independence Avenue, Topeka, from 3:00 to 8:00 PM, Tuesday, October 18, 2016, where the family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:00 PM. Private interment will be in Prairie Home Cemetery, NW 35th & Menoken Road, Topeka, at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Midland Hospice Care, 200 SW Frazier Circle, Topeka, KS 66606-2800.
