Mrs. Esther Diana Reser
Mrs. Diana Reser, 324 Branner, Topeka, died Wednesday after a short illness. Born June 14, 1869, near Westmoreland, she had lived in Topeka forty-two years. She was a member of the Third Christian Church and Women's Benefit Assn.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Effie Fowler, Topeka; three sons, Perry W. Reser, Emporia; Otis Reser, Topeka, and Earl Daniels, Topeka; four sisters, Mrs. Ida Ward, Manhattan; Mrs. Mary Gray, Denison; Mrs. Bertha Shull, Junction City, and Mrs. Delia Shurr, St. George; three brothers, Willard Scritchfield, Manhattan; Oliver Scritchfield, Oskaloosa, and Bert Scritchfield, Salina; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Penwell's Chapel at Topeka, with internment in the Rossville Cemetery.
