Leverne Zickefoose
Funeral services for Leverne Zickefoose, 17 year old high school sophomores killed in a truck and box car crash at Neelyville, last Wednesday night, will be held at the Christian church next Sunday afternoon at 2 o’clock.

Interment will be held in the City cemetery. Rev. J. L. Wilkinson, pastor of the Christian church, will officiate at the service.

The youth is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Zickefoose, who reside three miles west of the city; an older brother, John of New Madrid; a sister, Lynette and two grandmothers, Mrs. A. E. Smiley of Silver Lake, Kansas, and Mrs. J. W. Zickefoose of Lebo. Kansas.—Daily American Republic, Poplar Bluff, Mo.

Those attending the funeral from this vicinity were Miss Pearl Smiley, W. G. Smiley and Mrs. W. K. Broyles of Delia.
