Aaron B. Ausherman
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Parker-Price Chapel for Aaron B. Ausherman, 78, 1935 S.E. Maryland, who died Wednesday night in a Topeka hospital after a long illness.
He was born Feb. 5, 1900, at Delia and lived in Topeka all his life. He was a hammersmith at the Santa Fe Shops for 42 years before he retired in 1964.
He was a member of the Hope Luth¬eran Church and the Santa Fe Old Tim¬ers Club.
He was married to Hazel Carlson on July 16, 1927, in Oklahoma City, Okla. She survives at home.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Doris Jean Tilghman, Merriam; three sisters, Mrs. Alice Johnson, Mrs. Sa¬rah Farrell and Mrs. Ruth Chance, all of Topeka; a brother, Henry Ausher¬man, San Bernardino, Calif.; two grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
